The Clear Bag Policy
What is the Clear Bag Policy?
For safety reasons, many stadiums and concert venues require clear bags to simplify the search and screening process. Size limitations vary by location, but for most venues, all bags larger than approximately 4 x 6 inches must be clear. All CLEARLEE bags are stadium-approved, of course.
Where do I need a clear bag?
As of January 2024, clear bags are required at all NFL® games, most NHL® and MLS® games, PGA® events, and most athletic events of the NCAA® (SEC®, most of the ACC®, and Pac-12®). Additionally, many venues require them for concerts, music festivals, and graduations. We encourage fans to know before you go – check the security policies for any event that requires a ticket!
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within one business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
How long does shipping take for U.S. orders?
Depending on your location, U.S. orders with standard/free shipping typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available during checkout for an additional cost.
Is international shipping available?
We ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
International shipping costs are between $12–25 USD, and vary by order weight and distance (all calculated during checkout). International shipping transit times vary by distance, but typically arrive within 2 weeks. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes, which are determined by their respective nations.
Returns
What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns; however, we happily accept exchanges for another product or for store credit. All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unused and in original condition, with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trusted courier with tracking information. Large Orders & Wholesale
Are discounts available for large orders?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on orders of 10 items or more. This discount will apply automatically during checkout.
